Seems like nearly every day some new type of haircut becomes incredibly popular, usually because a popular celeb is sporting the style. Trendy haircuts are just that—trendy! Some trendy haircuts, like the long, straight styles, have been perennially popular and seen on many people for decades, with seemingly little change over time. Typically, it is the shorter styles that define the ‘trendy haircuts’ and seem to have the most ebb and flow with the fashion times.

Bashful Bob: This cut uses razor cutting in the back, with side swept longer bangs in the front. One side is longer than the other, and a flat iron is used to style one side for a dramatic effect.

Angular Bob: This type of cut works best on those with petite facial features and thin faces. Seen as flirty and feminine, this cut offers long layers in front with high, short angles in the back.

Concave Bob: One layer provides all the movement necessary for this style of bob. Long in front, shorter in back, this style is perfect for oval shaped faces.

Beveled Bob: Chin length and curled under gives this hairstyle a cute, youthful look. Straight bangs just at the brow level keep it updated and current.
